Be a part of our active group of bankruptcy related professionals in which virtually every attorney of note in the area is a member. Membership benefits include:

• Substantial reduction in entrance fee to the annual one day "New Deal" Conference on breaking legal developments
• Access to and feedback from court and clerk regarding new procedures and approaches in this court.
• Regular news flashes on key developments in law, court practice tips etc.
• Newsletter three times per year with critical columns from Chapter 7 Trustees including Jeff Sapir’s column on Chapter 13. Some of these more useful newsletters are to be archived on the website.
• Web site – currently in development are plans to enable easy membership dues payment and reminders. This includes important “Court Tips” pages.
• Annual formal dinner, usually featuring Judge Morris and her Law Clerks, Jeff Narmore, and Cassandra Porter.
• Luncheon seminar series on important new legal developments. We held five during the 2006-2007 Association year over lunch at Cosimo’s. Typically two CLE credits and a first rate lunch for just $25.00.
• Annual General Membership (AGM) meeting lunch at local restaurant.
